Ben Chodor

Ben Chodor es el CEO de CallRevu y un emprendedor experimentado conocido por su éxito en el crecimiento de empresas SaaS. Fundó Stream57, que fue adquirida por West Corp, y cofundó y fue CEO de Happtique, adquirida por SocialWellth. Ben también se desempeñó como Presidente de Notified, una empresa global de relaciones con inversionistas, relaciones públicas y medios.

Reconocido como uno de los 25 líderes tecnológicos de PR Week en 2022, Ben es miembro de múltiples juntas directivas. Es un pionero en tecnología, IA, salud digital y comunicaciones en línea, con más de 25 años de experiencia en comunicaciones empresariales, medios de comunicación, tecnología SaaS, video social y salud digital.

Tim Zierden

Tim Zierden aporta a CallRevu más de 20 años de experiencia y conocimientos en la industria automotriz.

Comenzó su carrera como socio fundador en CarMax, donde se convirtió en socio de franquicias de autos nuevos antes de transicionar finalmente a organizaciones de SaaS y servicios para concesionarios. Tim pasó a gestionar Soluciones de Inventario para JM Family y desempeñó un papel clave en la facilitación de la venta de AAX a DealerTrack.

En el sector de las subastas, fue fundamental para ayudar a KAR Auction Services a redefinir sus operaciones de ventas a concesionarios y apoyar la adquisición de OPENLANE. Luego dedicó casi diez años a Cox Automotive, donde desarrolló equipos multifuncionales que atendían a grandes clientes empresariales.

Keri Cohen

Keri Cohen es una líder empresarial estratégica con casi dos décadas de experiencia en las industrias de medios y marketing, especializada en estrategia de marca, transformación digital y liderazgo organizacional. Aporta una rara combinación de experiencia creativa y operativa, con experiencia tanto en el lado de la compra como en el de la venta, lo que le otorga una perspectiva holística para impulsar el crecimiento, la innovación y los equipos de alto rendimiento.

Keri actualmente se desempeña como Directora de Marketing y Jefa de Gabinete en CallRevu, donde dirige la estrategia de marca, la dirección de lanzamiento al mercado y la alineación interfuncional en toda la organización. En su doble función, colabora estrechamente con la alta dirección para impulsar iniciativas estratégicas, fortalecer las operaciones internas y garantizar que la visión de la empresa se traduzca en un impacto comercial medible.

Antes de CallRevu, Keri ocupó puestos clave en Publicis Groupe, Hearst Magazines y Food & Wine, donde fue nominada al Premio James Beard.

Steve Dalton

Steve Dalton es Director Financiero en CallRevu, donde dirige la estrategia financiera, planificación y operaciones de la empresa para respaldar el crecimiento escalable y la creación de valor a largo plazo. Con 18 años de experiencia en contabilidad, finanzas y liderazgo operativo, Steve se especializa en guiar a empresas de Software como Servicio (SaaS) respaldadas por capital privado a través de períodos de transformación y expansión.

Antes de CallRevu, Steve se desempeñó como Director Financiero en JobNimbus, donde ayudó a fortalecer la infraestructura financiera y a apoyar el crecimiento estratégico en un entorno SaaS de ritmo rápido. Es conocido por su estilo de liderazgo accesible y su creencia de que el alto rendimiento y una cultura positiva y atractiva van de la mano. Steve se enorgullece de ser mentor de su equipo, apoyar su desarrollo profesional y demostrar que es posible divertirse trabajando en finanzas.

Brock Jackson

Brock Jackson es el Director de Experiencia del Cliente en CallRevu y cofundador de Calldrip, donde lideró la estrategia y las operaciones de la compañía para dar soporte a una base de clientes a nivel mundial. Con más de 15 años de experiencia en software y automoción, Brock entiende que la velocidad y la conveniencia no son solo un extra deseable, sino cruciales para la experiencia del cliente. Esa convicción lo impulsó a él y a su equipo a cofundar Calldrip en 2009, permitiendo a los concesionarios responder más rápido a los clientes y convertir más oportunidades en relaciones duraderas con los clientes.

Brendan comes to CallRevu with a strong background in both sales training and go-to-market strategies while also utilizing leading edge technology to help lead his high performing sales teams.

Brendan is a committed leader and drives to foster an environment that allows individuals to be the best versions of themselves. Brendan’s ability to bridge technology and automotive expertise positions him to create impactful solutions that optimize dealership performance and customer experience.

Away from CallRevu, Brendan is a father of 2, an avid golfer and road biker.

Koby Jackson

Koby Jackson is the Strategic Business Officer at CallRevu and co-founder of Calldrip, a real-time lead response platform built on the belief that speed creates trust and drives stronger customer relationships. He led the company from early concept to a profitable enterprise serving dealerships, sales organizations, and national programs that rely on immediate engagement to improve conversion and performance.

Over the course of his career, Koby has built and scaled revenue systems, guided organizations through operational transitions, and supported leadership teams as they strengthened activation, retention, and channel growth. His work reflects practical experience leading companies through expansion, profitability, and successful exit preparation. He is widely recognized for his focus on disciplined execution, human-centered sales engagement, and building teams that respond with urgency and consistency in moments that matter most.

Josh Blauer

Josh Blauer is Vice President of Technology at CallRevu and co-founder of Calldrip, where he spearheaded the company’s technical vision and system architecture for 15 years. After designing Calldrip’s initial iteration, he scaled the platform into a mission-critical communication engine utilized in high-velocity sales environments. Prior to his career in technology, Josh served with distinction in the Army National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq. His leadership combines disciplined military experience with over a decade of expertise in building scalable, AI-driven sales intelligence solutions.

Lilly Melamedas

Lillian Melamedas is a skilled leader and strategic sales professional with over 15 years’ experience. Currently as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and UC&C at CallRevu she spearheads strategic client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering comprehensive client success plans.

With extensive experience in account management, customer success, and project management, Lillian has a proven track record resolving complex issues and mentoring cross-functional team collaboration. Her experience includes key roles at Lumen and Sprint, where she managed high-profile accounts, led implementation projects, and improved operational efficiencies.
At CallRevu, Lillian is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and driving productivity improvements through innovative communication solutions leveraging her expertise in contract negotiations, proactive account management, and delivering on objectives.

Brian Futrell

With a robust background in operations management, Brian brings a wealth of expertise to his role as AVP, Customer Experience. His extensive experience spans leading implementation, support, and Local Number Portability (LNP) departments, ensuring excellence across key operational facets. Brian's deep understanding of both product and solution intricacies enhances his strategic approach, enabling him to champion best-practice methodologies across the organization.

Brian is committed to enhancing customer experience by continuously refining support processes. He works closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve customer-related challenges, thereby elevating service quality and efficiency. In his leadership capacity, Brian plays a pivotal role in shaping departmental strategies and aligning them with overarching company objectives, driving cohesive and targeted operational efforts.

Mary Templeton

Mary Templeton is Vice President of Client Success at CallRevu. She is an automotive industry leader with 15 years of experience in customer success, operations, and business development. She previously managed a global OEM-level Business Development Center (BDC) and served as a Customer Success Manager for OEM clients, driving enterprise relationships and international business growth.

During her six year tenure at Calldrip, Mary led onboarding, support, and customer success teams, delivering high-performing customer experiences and strengthening and expanding client relationships.

Vice President, Channel Sales & Partnerships

Forest Ward

Forest Ward is Vice President of Channel Sales and Partnerships at CallRevu. With a career in sales spanning more than three decades, Forest has earned a reputation as a results-driven leader with deep expertise in relationship building and performance optimization. Beginning in the early 1990s, he developed a strong foundation in sales that would evolve into a 20-year career in automotive retail, where he held nearly every key position in the dealership environment.

From front line sales and internet sales to finance manager, sales manager, and ultimately general manager, Forest gained a comprehensive, ground up understanding of dealership operations. This hands-on experience across every stage of the customer journey shaped his ability to drive both revenue and long-term customer loyalty.

For the past 13 years, Forest has been a key leader at Calldrip, serving in roles including Business Development Manager and Executive Vice President. In these positions, he has helped dealerships across the globe modernize their lead response strategies, improve communication processes, and significantly increase conversion rates through speed, consistency, and accountability.

At the core of Forest’s approach is a simple but powerful philosophy: take care of the people, and the people will take care of you. This mindset has guided his leadership style, fueled his success in building high performing teams, and continues to shape his impact on the organizations and partners he works with today.

Seth Parker

Seth Parker is the Associate Vice President of Product at CallRevu where he oversees product strategy and delivery. He is passionate about leveraging his deep understanding of customer needs and the latest technological advancements in AI and machine learning to deliver innovative and beautifully crafted products. Seth brings over a decade of extensive product management experience with prior engagements at industry leaders like Cox Automotive and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He holds undergraduate degrees in economics and political science from Missouri Western State University. Outside work, Seth enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, DIY home improvement projects, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. He resides in the Greater Kansas City area with his wife and two children.

Allison Hirsch

Allie Hirsch is a marketing leader with over 14 years of experience driving omnichannel growth across B2B SaaS and retail. She is known for connecting strategy, creativity, and data to deliver measurable business impact while building strong cross-functional partnerships and high-performing teams.

Allie currently serves as AVP of Marketing at CallRevu, where she helps lead brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and cross functional marketing initiatives in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. She focuses on aligning marketing efforts to business goals, strengthening messaging and market presence, and building the foundation for scalable growth. Prior to CallRevu, Allie spent over a decade at Bloomingdale’s, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and led omnichannel marketing operations spanning print, digital, social, and marketing systems. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for streamlining workflows, leading complex cross-channel campaigns, and bringing teams together to execute cohesive, customer-first experiences at scale.

Matt Stadolnik

Matt Stadolnik is the Senior Director of Finance at CallRevu where he manages the company’s corporate finance and accounting functions. He is a finance leader that stresses the importance of cross functional collaboration and business partnering.

Matt brings a well-rounded background in public and private equity-backed technology organizations – both large and small. Prior to joining CallRevu, he held strategic finance and accounting roles at notable SaaS companies that include Pegasystems (public), Rapid7 (public), SiteSpect (VC-backed).

Matt holds an MBA from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Northeastern University. He resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children.

Brian Sutliffe

Brian is a cloud application architect with over a decade of experience in building scalable and highly available SaaS platforms. He has led teams of engineers to build solutions for companies across several industries including automotive, healthcare, and retail. When he's not working, Brian enjoys snowboarding and spending time with his wife and two children.

John Hammar

John Hammar, CallRevu's Controller brings 25+ years of public and private accounting experience to the Finance Team. A graduate of Bentley University, John has worked with a wide range of companies from start-ups to those that are publicly traded and well established. John is a team player who enjoys operating within the Accounting team and also reaching out and collaborating with all of the business teams at CallRevu.

Accountability and accuracy is paramount, but enjoying your workplace and interacting with coworkers are equally important. John resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, John enjoys coaching his kid's soccer team, being with family and socializing with friends.

SVP, Strategic Sales

David Malone

As SVP, Sales, David brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational functions and how to integrate best practices for revenue generation and develop a strong company culture. In his current role, his expertise in software as a service (SaaS) sales, call tracking, telephony and CRM processes help maximize sales and service goals at automotive dealerships in the United States and Canada. A multiple-award winner for revenue growth, David deftly manages dynamic global sales teams – stemming from his years coaching many sports. When not at work or on the field, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Andrew D'Addio

Andrew is the Senior Director of Technology at CallRevu with over a decade of experience consulting & collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to optimize their technology implementations and strategies. With previous experience helping to build bespoke technology solutions across multiple verticals, Andrew has vast experience in omnichannel communication solutions, analytics & BI reporting, process automation, solution architecture/design, machine learning/AI & large language models. Andrew has his Bachelor of Science degree in economics and lives somewhere between NYC and Boston (aka Connecticut) with his wife, 6 year old daughter, and dog.

Cam Rushton

Cam Rushton is the AVP of VoIP Operations at CallRevu, with over 12 years of experience in the telecom industry. He leads initiatives around VoIP sales engineering, discovery, implementation, and post-deployment support. Cam’s expertise spans the full VoIP ecosystem.

Cam currently focuses on the CallRevu Hosted VoIP Platform and has a strong background in telephony, he started his VoIP journey as a certified Mitel technician. Along with extensive experience deploying and supporting Yealink, Grandstream, Poly, and other industry-leading devices, he’s adept with networking, VoIP protocols, and analog to IP connections. Known for blending technical depth with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach, Cam helps teams and clients get connected to the CallRevu VoIP Platform and maintain their success.

Outside of work, he’s an avid soccer enthusiast who enjoys nature, technology, and time with family.

Jonathan Jackson

Jonathan has held numerous positions in automotive software which includes previous roles as Director of Partner Accounts and Lead Product Manager. Jonathan has held continuously advanced positions in support and account management at Car-Research XRM. With this extensive experience, Jonathan brings in-depth knowledge of automotive technology needs, dealership operations as well as dealership client management. When not at work, Jonathan enjoys fishing with his wife and kids and pastors one of the fastest growing churches in North Houston.
Associate Vice President, Dealer Technology Optimization

Ammar Zuriki

Ammar brings 20+ years of leadership roles in the software industry. He is a customer-focused and data-driven strategist recognized for delivering scalable products, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving customer delight and financial success. Previously Ammar served as Principal Technical Product Manager at Nuance Communications (a Microsoft Company). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in steering the development of the Omnichannel Customer Engagement solution, focusing extensively on Reporting and Analytics. A proud alumnus of Bradley University, Ammar earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science before further advancing his education with an MBA from Plymouth State University.
