That opportunity was CallRevu.

2008

Founder Chip King was busy being a DP at a dealership where he dealt with phone issues from customers and employees every day. Chip began to build a team to summarize, and report on every phone call to his dealership. By doing this, Chip was able to address process failures, more effectively coach his people, and personally call back customers that didn’t receive the service they deserved.

Dealerships near Chip's store heard what he was doing and asked for his help. Voila! CallRevu was born.

2014
