That opportunity was CallRevu.


Founder and CEO, Chip King was busy as a DP at a Toyota store in Maryland where he dealt with phone issues from customers and employees every day. Chip began to build a team to summarize, and report on every phone call to his dealership. By doing this, Chip was able to address process failures, more effectively coach his people, and personally call back customers that didn’t receive the service they deserved.

Dealerships near Chip's store heard what he was doing and asked for his help. CallRevu was born!


CallRevu serves over 1,000 dealerships in the United States.


CallRevu triples in size and moves to a brand new office space to allow for the new growth.


CallRevu passes the 100 Million calls monitored milestone.

We now serve thousands of dealerships with one objective in mind: We want to help dealers convert more calls to appointments and improve their bottom line.

Data Analyst

The data analyst responsibilities include conducting full life cycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. The data analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. The data analyst will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Enrollment Coordinator

The Enrollment Coordinator is often the first point of contact from Client Services for new dealers on the CallRevu platform and an integral part of their early success. Enrollment Coordinators are responsible for setting up new accounts, advising on call routing and number migration for setup, and ensuring that all parts of the agreement meet the dealer's expectations.

Managing Partner

Direct/Manage/Supervise the identification and pursuit of opportunities that support business strategy and growth, such as partnerships, alliances, licensing agreements, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Lead cross-functional teams in the assessment of potential initiatives that promote long-term growth and increase revenue. Manage the process of negotiating agreements with key partners. 

Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing his or her territory, establishing accounts, following up with current sales prospects, networking with members of the automotive industry, and presenting the company's products to dealers throughout their region.

Vice President of Customer Success

The primary purpose of the Vice President of Customer Success is to partner with both internal and external resources to lead and manage CallRevu’s customer success strategy.  This will be achieved by building an effective and scalable customer success team that effectively meet the criteria and objectives outlined below.
