Founder and CEO, Chip King was busy as a DP at a Toyota store in Maryland where he dealt with phone issues from customers and employees every day. Chip began to build a team to summarize, and report on every phone call to his dealership. By doing this, Chip was able to address process failures, more effectively coach his people, and personally call back customers that didn’t receive the service they deserved.
