Recognized as one of PR Week's 25 Leaders of Tech in 2022, Ben is a member of multiple boards, He's a pioneer in technology, AI, digital health, and online communications, with 25+ years of experience in enterprise communications, media, SaaS technology, social video, and digital health.
As an author, Ben wrote "Transitioning to Virtual and Hybrid Events: How to Create, Adapt, and Market an Engaging Online Experience." He's testified before the U.S. Congress on the FDA's role in Digital Health. Outside work, Ben enjoys family time, boxing, yoga, traveling, and training for his first triathlon.
Ben Chodor is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with over 25 years of experience in enterprise communications, media, and SaaS technology; recognized as a leader in Tech, pioneering AI, digital health and online communications. As CEO of CallRevu, he brings a track record of driving innovation, scaling businesses, and delivering measurable impact.
Before CallRevu, Ben served as President of Notified, where he led the creation of the first-ever communications cloud for PR and events, fueling global expansion and major acquisitions. He also founded Stream57, later acquired by West Corp, and co-founded Happtique, which was acquired by SocialWellth.

He began his career as a founding associate at CarMax, where he became a partner in new car franchises before ultimately transitioning into SaaS and dealer services organizations. Tim went on to manage Inventory Solutions for JM Family and played a key role in facilitating the sale of AAX to DealerTrack.
In the auction sector, he was instrumental in assisting KAR Auction Services with redefining their dealer sales operations and supporting the acquisition of OPENLANE. He then dedicated nearly ten years to Cox Automotive, where he developed cross-functional teams serving major enterprise clients.
Prior to joining CallRevu, Tim served as Chief Operating Officer at TradePending, a mid-market, private equity-backed automotive technology company.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in History. He currently resides outside of Atlanta with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Tim enjoys mountain biking and working with community-focused nonprofit organizations.

Keri currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff at CallRevu, where she leads brand strategy, go-to-market direction, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. In her dual role, she partners closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen internal operations, and ensure the company’s vision translates into measurable business impact.
Prior to CallRevu, Keri held key roles at Publicis Groupe, Hearst Magazines, and Food & Wine, where she was a James Beard Award nominee.
Outside of work, Keri enjoys spending time with her family, running, and rooting for the New York Knicks in the hopes that they’ll win another championship.

Prior to CallRevu, Steve served as CFO at JobNimbus, where he helped strengthen financial infrastructure and support strategic growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment. He is known for his approachable leadership style and belief that strong performance and a positive, engaging culture go hand in hand. Steve takes pride in mentoring his team, supporting their professional development, and proving that it’s possible to have fun while working in finance.
In his free time, Steve enjoys cheering on the Utah Jazz and Utah Utes, and spending time with his wife and two amazing girls.

A committed leader and manager of multi-disciplined technology teams, Jeff is skilled in fostering rapid growth, professional development, leadership opportunities, and accountability of teams, and adept at establishing a culture of trust, open communication, and support. In his home life, Jeff is a father of 4, an avid musician, photographer, and writer.

A graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce, Karmen is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is dedicated to nurturing new talent, serving as a mentor for HR professionals at the beginning of their careers, and frequently speaking at HR events.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Karmen enjoys reading, exploring new places, staying active, playing games with her husband and two children, and hosting dinner parties with family and friends.

With over 27 years in the automotive industry, Menard has held key executive leadership roles with Autotrader, vAuto, TrueCar, Dominion Dealer Solutions, TrueCar, and Search Optics.
Jim’s dealer-centric focus and breadth of experience across software, online media, and in-store processes enhances CallRevu’s ability to engage our dealer body to improve their appointment set rates, movement of inventory, and overall profits for single stores, multiple rooftops, large enterprise groups, and OEMs.


Brendan is a committed leader and drives to foster an environment that allows individuals to be the best versions of themselves. Brendan’s ability to bridge technology and automotive expertise positions him to create impactful solutions that optimize dealership performance and customer experience.
Away from CallRevu, Brendan is a father of 2, an avid golfer and road biker.

Brian is committed to enhancing customer experience by continuously refining support processes. He works closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve customer-related challenges, thereby elevating service quality and efficiency. In his leadership capacity, Brian plays a pivotal role in shaping departmental strategies and aligning them with overarching company objectives, driving cohesive and targeted operational efforts.
Outside of the office, Brian resides in Tennessee and is a passionate fitness enthusiast.
Extended Management Team

Matt brings a well-rounded background in public and private equity-backed technology organizations – both large and small. Prior to joining CallRevu, he held strategic finance and accounting roles at notable SaaS companies that include Pegasystems (public), Rapid7 (public), SiteSpect (VC-backed).
Matt holds an MBA from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Northeastern University. He resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children.

With extensive experience in account management, customer success, and project management, Lillian has a proven track record resolving complex issues and mentoring cross-functional team collaboration. Her experience includes key roles at Lumen and Sprint, where she managed high-profile accounts, led implementation projects, and improved operational efficiencies.
At CallRevu, Lillian is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and driving productivity improvements through innovative communication solutions leveraging her expertise in contract negotiations, proactive account management, and delivering on objectives.

Accountability and accuracy is paramount, but enjoying your workplace and interacting with coworkers are equally important. John resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, John enjoys coaching his kid's soccer team, being with family and socializing with friends.



Allie currently serves as AVP of Marketing at CallRevu, where she helps lead brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and cross functional marketing initiatives in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. She focuses on aligning marketing efforts to business goals, strengthening messaging and market presence, and building the foundation for scalable growth. Prior to CallRevu, Allie spent over a decade at Bloomingdale’s, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and led omnichannel marketing operations spanning print, digital, social, and marketing systems. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for streamlining workflows, leading complex cross-channel campaigns, and bringing teams together to execute cohesive, customer-first experiences at scale.
Outside of work, Allie loves spending time with her family, traveling, and playing canasta.





Cam currently focuses on the CallRevu Hosted VoIP Platform and has a strong background in telephony, he started his VoIP journey as a certified Mitel technician. Along with extensive experience deploying and supporting Yealink, Grandstream, Poly, and other industry-leading devices, he’s adept with networking, VoIP protocols, and analog to IP connections. Known for blending technical depth with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach, Cam helps teams and clients get connected to the CallRevu VoIP Platform and maintain their success.
Outside of work, he’s an avid soccer enthusiast who enjoys nature, technology, and time with family.
