  2. Local area codes can be provided to your tracking line to enhance SEM and to increase call response
  3. All tracking lines and legacy lines will be SMS/text-enabled, with notifications to your team that a customer has responded to you via text
  4. You will have available separate reporting for your tracking, independent of the reporting for monitoring services
