    Caitlyn Harris has been a part of the automotive industry for 6 years. Prior to CallRevu, Caitlyn worked at a large call tracking company where she worked with and managed accounts. She was responsible for client relationship management for more than 300 clients. Caitlyn handled contract creation and would provide her dealers with progress reports, advising clients on proper allocation of marketing spend using inbound call analytics.

Sky’s dedication has been proven time and time again, when becoming an Atlantic 10 Conference Champion while competing in collegiate swimming at the Division 1 level and hiking 2,168 miles from Georgia to Maine along the Appalachian Trail.

During Jason’s time in and out of the dealership, he has had the experience of training employees of all levels on best practices.

    Kirstie Thomas has worked in customer service for over 20 years, working in automotive retail for 5 years. Kirstie used her leadership and customer skills at one of the nation’s premier auto dealerships where, as the BDC Manager, she helped create and direct what became the largest Business Development Center in the nation, with a staff of over 30 Customer Care Representatives, responsible for all inbound and outbound calls for both service and sales.

    Greg Vovak was in automotive retail for 13 years, starting in 1998. Greg held various positions, beginning as a Salesman in a Dodge/Mazda showroom. When the opportunity presented itself to begin working in the dealership's newly formed BDC/Internet Sales department, Greg moved up through the ranks of Internet Consultant, to Supervisor, to Internet Department Manager.
