Bi-lingual Quality Control Specialist

A Bi-lingual Quality Control Specialist makes outbound calls and takes inbound calls from car dealership customers to connect them with a dealership in their (the customers) geographical area. They also extract data points and summarize in English recorded calls originating in both English and Spanish. This requires that the Quality Control Specialist be fluent in all dialects of Spanish.

Software Developer

CallRevu is looking for a Software Developer experienced in building robust web applications. The Software Developer will be involved in a number of different technologies, including but not limited to use of AI, other technologies in the analysis of speech to text, building call/SMS/MMS routing, and call data/SMS/MMS reporting systems in the Cloud.

Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst leads the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, prepares Board of Director, Investor, and internal management financial presentations, develops key reporting packages, analyzes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and is instrumental in strategic planning process.

Business Analyst

The primary role of the Business Analyst is to provide detailed functional requirements for the development team to implement based upon the business requirements of clients. The analyst role is to serve as the translator between the business and the technology group.
