Bi-Lingual Phone Specialist

A Bi-lingual Phone Specialist makes outbound calls and takes inbound calls from car dealership customers to connect them with a dealership in their geographical area. They also extract data points and summarize in English recorded calls originating in both English and Spanish. This requires that the phone specialist be fluent in all dialects of Spanish.

Bi-Lingual Quality Control Specialist

A Quality Control Specialist is responsible for reviewing transcribed phone calls and adjusting them if necessary based on the company’s procedures and rules as listed in the transcription manual. This person is also to approve specialized call alerts that are placed in the review section of the user interface in a timely manner.

Quality Control Supervisor

The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production and staffing of CallRevu QC Team and oversees the quality of all transcriptions. He or she conducts the new hire training within all call centers, works closely with the tech team on development and upgrades to the user interface and QC views, and coordinates action items between departments. This person also works closely with the management team to discuss processes, rules, regulations, and best practices of the company.

Software Developer

CallRevu is looking for a Software Developer experienced in building robust web applications. The Software Developer will be involved in a number of different technologies, including but not limited to use of AI, other technologies in the analysis of speech to text, building call/SMS/MMS routing, and call data/SMS/MMS reporting systems in the Cloud.

Staff Accountant

The Staff Account will support the Director of Finance and Accounting department by performing day to day accounting and accounts payable procedures, and other department duties as assigned.
