Senior Account Manager Kirstie Thomas' Bio

Versed in Automotive Best practices and Customer Care protocols Kirstie is widely respected within the automotive community for her diverse skills and leadership standards. Having trained and mentored many of today’s top performing business development leaders she continues to raise the bar for customer satisfaction by sharing her knowledge and influencing others within the automotive community.

Before entering the automotive world, Kirstie honed her relationship skills within the technology sector working for Primavera Systems, the nation’s largest independent provider of collaborative project, resource and portfolio management solution software. There, as a Lead Product & Applications Specialist, Kirstie provided leadership and skills training on everything from new software releases to project management concepts before eventually leading the customer support team.

Kirstie would eventually take her leadership and customer skills to one of the nation’s premier auto dealerships where, as the BDC Manager, she help create and direct what became the largest Business Development Center in the nation with a staff of over 30 Customer Care Representatives responsible for all in-bound and out-bound calls for both service and sales. Kirstie’s successes also include directing the business development and Internet operations for one of the largest Mercedes Benz Groups in the Northeast Region.

Kirstie spent the early part of her career in the Travel & Hospitality industry and credits her experience with “where it all began for me.”

When not hard at work parsing over her client affairs like a Mother Hen, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her two children Madeline “Maddie” and son Jack. She enjoys the Jersey Shore and weekend trips to New England (Oh yes, and any game on Sony Wii).

Kirstie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Millersville University, and is a SSPA Certified Support Professional. She attended the American Express Management Training Program and has presented at numerous public speaking engagements.
