CR:  In your career, you have listened to a lot of phone calls. Did any of them make you laugh out loud?

BR:  Yes!  Once a person who dialed the wrong number tried to have phone sex with a receptionist that was clueless.

 

CR:  What do you enjoy most about working with auto dealers?

BR:  I use my experience to help identify opportunities within the dealership to help take them from good to great!

 

CR:  If you were a car, what kind would you be?

BR:  An SUV….. Fun, reliable and multi-functional.


CR:  Agreed!  What three words describe you best?

BR:  Intuitive, Detail-oriented and Customer-driven.

 

CR:  If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be?

BR:  The ability to manipulate space and time.

 

CR:  If there is one piece of advice you would give a car dealer about their phone handling process or phone skills, what would it be?

BR:  There are so many opportunities missed on phone calls due to inexperience, training or processes that need to be tweaked. The Caller’s experience when calling the Dealership is their first impression of the Dealership. Caller’s expect to have a bad experience or to be taken advantage of when buying a vehicle and are ecstatic when they have an experience that exceeds their expectations. Managing their perception is key. Make your phone process stand out from other dealers.

 

CR:  If you could be any character in fiction, whom would you be?

BR:  Stephanie Plum

BR:  Sandra Bullock -- She is able to be funny & free spirited but also able to portray strength and professionalism in her roles.
